Pharmacy First Report

The Pharmacy First report has now been completed and provides an overview of the engagement, findings, and recommendations from the project. The report highlights positive feedback from participants, with an overall service rating of 4.0, demonstrating that the service is valued for its accessibility, convenience, and contribution to reducing pressure on GP services. It also identifies areas for improvement, particularly around ensuring patient privacy during consultations and providing clear, consistent information. The report concludes with recommendations to support service development and will be shared with relevant Integrated Care Board (ICB) stakeholders and the Primary Care Commissioning Committee for consideration.
