Get involved with our project on digital exclusion

If you’re a member of one of the groups at greater risk of digital exclusion, or know someone else who is, we want to hear your experiences.

We are carrying out a local project to explore the potential inequalities surrounding the shift to remote GP appointments.

This project will dive into the experiences of people from groups at greater risk of digital exclusion, especially:

  • The over 65s
  • People with disabilities
  • People with language barriers

The aim of this project is to understand how these groups' interactions with primary care has changed alongside the shift to digital service delivery.

What are the potential inequalities and access issues around digital appointments?

What changes and improvements could be made to address these?
