Continence isn’t something that gets discussed much, but good continence services play a vital role in keeping people independent and well in our communities. We want to shine a spotlight on continence services, to understand whether they are meeting the needs of people in the Borough and make recommendations for improvement.

We want to make sure that people’s experiences are at the heart of our work, so we are asking you to come forward and share your views with us. We want people to feel comfortable talking to us about this, so we are offering a range of ways to get in touch.
