Open Board Meeting - 24th February 2020
On Monday 24th February the Healthwatch Wigan and Leigh team met with members of the public to host our first Open Board Meeting, giving the public an opportunity to listen to the work that Healthwatch does but also ask any questions about the organisation.
Directors of the Healthwatch Wigan and Leigh Board; Mick Hodlin (Chair), David Baxter (Director) and Wendy Boyers (Chair) were also in attendance to discuss decision making matters and answer any further questions.
Open Board Meeting Presentation
During the Open Board Meeting, we gave an introduction to Healthwatch. The presentation included information around:

- Our Structure
- How do we understand local needs?

- Current Projects
The purpose of this presentation was to give and overview and introduction for members of the public and new volunteers.
