Overview

Healthwatch Wigan and Leigh have an ongoing project around 'Who supports parents/ carers and those who work with children and young people who experience challenges to their emotional and mental health?'

We have created two online surveys for people to complete for both parents and professionals. If both surveys apply to you then please complete both. Your experience matters to us.

Who are we speaking to?

We want to gain insight into parents/carers perspective on child and adolescent mental health services and to highlight what support they are offered, or need, to support their children.

We also want to hear from those who work closely with children and young people and gather their thoughts and experiences on what works well and where there are gaps in support for parents/carers and young people.  Whether you are a GP, school nurse, youth worker, Brown Owl etc your experiences matter.

Click on the link and take a few moments to share your experiences with us

Healthwatch Wigan and Leigh is independent of the NHS.  Our aim is to get people's voices heard and raise awareness of what works and how to make services better.
